Welcome to AfriGloba Hair. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of afriglobahairwholesale.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

AfriGloba Hair (“AfriGloba,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a retailer of premium human hair wigs and hair products, operating from Texas, United States. You can reach us at afriglobahair@gmail.com or through the Contact page on the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products And Descriptions

We work hard to display our products accurately. However, because our wigs are made from natural human hair, slight variations in color, texture, wave pattern, and density can occur between batches, and colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting. These natural variations are characteristics of genuine human hair and are not defects. Lengths are measured on stretched hair; textured styles will appear shorter than their stated length when worn.

4. Orders And Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping restrictions. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Pricing And Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Promotional Codes And Discounts

Promotional codes, including our nurse appreciation code, apply only as described in the specific offer, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, hold no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Discount abuse, including automated or fraudulent redemption, may result in order cancellation.

7. Shipping, Returns, And Refunds

Shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

8. Customer Reviews And Submitted Content

We publish only genuine reviews from real customers. By submitting a review, photo, video, or other content, you grant AfriGloba a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our store and marketing, with attribution to the first name you provide. You represent that your content is your own honest experience, does not infringe anyone’s rights, and contains nothing unlawful. We may decline to publish or may remove content that is fraudulent, offensive, or unrelated to the product, but we do not remove reviews merely because they are critical.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the AfriGloba Hair name, logo, text, photography, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Results from wearing, styling, coloring, or treating human hair products vary by individual use and care.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfriGloba will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AfriGloba and its owners, employees, and partners harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute will first be raised with our care team so we can try to resolve it directly, which is how we prefer to solve problems. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
