Is this real human hair?
Yes. Every piece on this site is 100% human hair.

How many bundles do I need?
Three bundles cover most full installs. Choose four for fuller looks at 24" and longer.

How does the clearance work?
Every piece is marked with its clearance price — the price you see is the price you pay. There are no codes to enter. Clearance stock is not restocked: when a length sells out, it is gone.

How do I pay?
Right at checkout, with PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later or any debit or credit card — no PayPal account needed to pay by card. Payment is taken on PayPal's secure checkout, and your order is confirmed the moment it goes through.

What is your return policy?
Contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery to request a return. Hair must be unused and unaltered, in its original packaging, and returns need our authorization first. Wrong, damaged or defective items are always put right. Full return policy.

How much is shipping?
Orders ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking: $15 for up to 4 bundles, closures or frontals, or one wig; $25.80 for larger orders up to 12 pieces; $36.10 beyond that. Orders of $250 or more ship free, and local pickup in Dallas–Fort Worth is always free.

Can I colour it?
Natural black 1B can be lifted by a professional. 613 is already lifted and takes colour easily.

Why is the stock so limited?
Every piece listed is hair we physically hold. When a length sells out, it is gone.
